This Mobile Home Unit is a 2 Bed Luxury mobile home with a lovely decking area and great site facilities and at a price to sell.
This mobile home consists of a main bedroom with a king size bed, fitted robes and dresser. The second bedroom has two single beds a bedside cabinet and two wall mounted half wardrobes.
The kitchen has an electric oven with gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer with a separate dining area and the lounge has a three + two seater settee, lamp table, coffee table, music centre, satellite tv, wall cupboards, air conditioning unit and fitted gas fire.
We have a large enclosed decking area and a shed which houses the washing machine, shelving, additional wardrobe and cyclone vacuum cleaner etc. There are also two launderettes on site.
It is on a secure site on a bus route and manned 24hrs a day. The fees are 3,257 euros (£2,419.99) per year. It is possible to pay monthly if desired.
There are restaurants and bars within walking distance, plus a supermarket, dry cleaners and hairdressers. The coast is just 5 minutes away and if interested, golfing is nearby.
We have internet connection for which we pay 30 euros a month for unlimited access and nothing more.
It is a 10 minute drive from Nerja and a 40 minute drive from Malaga Airport (take the E15 and head towards Almeria & Mottril).
