All our homes are cottage style complete with decked area.
Kitchen is well equipped with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, dishes,
cutlery, pans, glasses etc. There's a stainless steel sink and drainer
along with a 4 ring gas hob. Smoke alarm and fire extinguisher are in
place.
The living rooms all have a 'L' shaped corner sofa, which comfortably
seats 6 people, dining table and chairs plus tv and dvd. Sofa converts
into an extra double bed if needed. Electric wall heater.
The twin bedroom is complete with wardrobe space, overhead storage and
bedside cabinet. The master bedroom also has wardrobe space, overhead
storage, bedside cabinets and bed lights. The Supermecure models have
extra cot space in the main bedroom.
All floors are wooden style and seating is easily cleaned.
THE CAMPSITE
All our homes are sited on large, quiet, grassy plots of the residential
French campsite of La Mer Blanche, Benodet, Brittany, France.
The campsite has the benefit of a slide pool, swimming pool, kiddies splash
pool, bar, restaurant, play area (including bouncy castles, swings, slides,
climbing frames, trampolines, boulles, football, basketball etc), laundry,
reception and a grocery shop in high season.
Can be used for private use or rentals. Ideal for families/couples.
Ground rent is £2000.00 per year - ground rent is fully paid
for 2010.
ATTRACTIONS
You are just a short drive away from the beautiful beach resort of Benodet
and many other local tourist attractions such as the the medeival city of
Quimper, the walled inner city of Concarneau, Pont Aven is a haven for
budding
artists, Ancient village of Locronan, Point Du Raz - the equivalent of our
Lands
End, the exotic Isles de Glennan, to mention but a few. There's also a
zoo, paint
balling, go-karting, tennis, horse-riding, indoor swimming pools, bowling
alleys
and very close to the campsite is an 18 hole golf course.
TRAVEL
You can travel by air or sea. To sail, the French ferry port of Roscoff is
just
1hr 45 minutes away or you can travel to St Malo, which is a 3hr 15 minute
journey. Caen and Cherbourg are approximately 4 hours away and Le Havre at
5 hours. To fly, you can land at either Loreint or Brest, which are just
an
hour away and are served by Flybe, Ryanair and Air Arran.
