This mobile home is sold as nearly new and is an Atlas Oasis 28 x 10. It was built and installed in March 2005 and has been used for a total of just 16 weeks. The modern interior sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. It is ideal for young families or couples who are seeking a holiday home from home. It comes with a fresh interior, carpet flooring and all mod cons needed to make your holidays as comfortable as ever.
The kitchen has plenty of storage space and includes a fridge/freezer. There is a gas hob and an electric oven. All kitchen equipment will remain i.e. pots, pans, plates, mugs, cutlery, glasses, iron, toaster, hoover etc.
There is also a television and video in the lounge area with cupboard space below and there is a dining area with table and cupboard space. The shower room has a large wash basin, WC and shelving. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and extra cupboard space above the bed. Whilst the 2nd one has twin beds and a wardrobe. The bedrooms are fully equipped with duvets and pillows. The mobile home is completed double glazed with extra insulation.
There is a gas fire in the lounge and electric heaters in all other rooms. All windows have blinds fitted for convenience. Outside space consists of a grass area surrounding by hedges giving total privacy. This extra outdoor living space is an added bonus, with table and chairs included in the price of the mobile home.
The campsite is well known in the area as a very well kept, floral, green and quiet site. It has everything you would expect a site to have including reception, laundry facilities, tennis site and boule ground . It is a 4 star site and has a terraced layout with homes well spaced out for privacy.
The site is very near to all conveniences within the town of Foret Fouesnant including restaurant, bars, convenience stores and patisserie. The yearly site fees are 1800 euros and the site is open from Mid March to Mid November.
This area of Brittany is very popular with tourists. Just a 5 minute drive from the site is an array of beaches, all offering something different: golf, surfing, swimming, para sailing, kite surfing, rock pooling, crabbing, or just plain sun bathing....there is something for everyone here.
If you wish to explore the more cultural side of the area why not visit the ancient city of Quimper, with its cobbled streets and half timbered houses, this is the medieval side of Brittany. Locronan, Concarneau, Benodet, La Pointe du Raz, Le Guilvinec and Pont Aven are all within easy reach of the site too.
The site is easily accessible from the ports and airports. Brest and Lorient are just 1 hour away serviced via FlyBe, Ryanair and Air Arran. Roscoff is the nearest port just 90 minutes by car. St Malo is 3 hours, Caen/Cherbourg 4 hours, Le Havre 5 hours and Calais/Boulogne approx 8 hours. There are many ferry companies now who offer cheaper travel, LD Lines, Norfolk Lines and Speed Ferries.
